Processing Time

In-stock items: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Made-to-order items: Please allow 14–21 business days for production before shipping.
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Returns

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for most unused, unwashed, and in original packaging items. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.

Condition: Items must be in original condition and include all original tags and packaging.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item).
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

To begin a return, please email us with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions and a return shipping label if eligible.
