Shipping Policy

We’re committed to getting your bedding to you quickly and safely. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship.

Processing Time

  • In-stock items: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

  • Made-to-order items: Please allow 14–21 business days for production before shipping.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your new bedding! If your products are damaged, we're here to help.

Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for most unused, unwashed, and in original packaging items.  If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.

  • Non-returnable items:

    • Custom bedding

    • Items marked as final sale

    • Used or washed items for hygiene reasons

  • Condition: Items must be in original condition and include all original tags and packaging.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item).

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email us with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions and a return shipping label if eligible.
